I consider Subway a healthier and better alternative to McDonald's. I like how you can customize the amount of vegetables on the menu and different kinds of bread, you can have them toasted or not. Our go to sandwiches are the sweet teriyaki chicken and the oven roasted turkey. Stay away from the tuna,that is our least favorite selection. We do curbsibe pickup and service is ready on the alloted pick up time

The Manager Mario was a total j**** Called me a MF because he claimed he could not substitute the pepperoni for Salami on the BMT claims that per the owners rule, He had a terrible attitude, I have never been told that at any other Subway ever. Go to the one right down the street, By Chuckie Cheese 8449 Laurel Canyon BlvdSun Valley, CA 91352 The had no problem with preparing my order the way I wanted it.

the man who is always there in the morning, he doesn't say hello, he's not nice. Let me tell you that tips are earned with kindness, he gives me the sandwiches with pure vegetables, he doesn't put ham or chicken because of his anger that he doesn't get tip , but how are you going to give it if you always change my sodas for the cheapest ones when I have paid for the bottle and now they only put vegetables on them VERY BAD SERVICE is descriptive of Latino people

Honestly this subway worker Maria has the meanest attitude , walking through the door you feel the hostile environment , clearly she does not want to be there . Last visit we asked for sweet onion sauce and she showered the sandwich I've never seen anyone do that. On top of that chewing her gum and giving side eyes . This time I came in and she was helping a deaf customer and the amount of attitude she was giving , I walked out I didn't want to have any interaction with her. I get it you may not like your job but don't take it out on customers who are just looking for a meal .

I love coming to this subway the guy that closes is always so nice to me and always makes sure my food is made perfect. Definitely will be coming here all the time.

I used to love coming to this Subway as a second go to spot, but the customer service here is terrible. An older gentleman and an older woman both with white hair give unnecessary rude attitude every time I walk in, even being questioned why I come to buy food there. If anything, I recommend going to the Subway of Sherman Way & Vineland if you don't want bad customer service!
