Didn’t eat my beef Ramen because it smelt like wet dog food, had no noodles, and the beef looked old.

Food was very average. Fried shu mai tasted like chicken nuggets. Pork baos lacked filling and flavor.

I ordered the beef ramen... hands down best beef ramen I've had. The beef was marinated perfectly and the egg was pretty much a flavor bomb I was totally not expecting (delicious). The broccoli was fresh and perfectly cooked and the noodles were just right too. If I could have asked for anything more it'd have been a larger order! The portion size was actually adequate, i left content, I'm just a glutton for good noodles. The staff were friendly and attentive and the place appeared to be well kept. It could benefit from a little music, but i was content with people watching in a not creepy kind of way.Parking was okay at about 6pm, the meters turn off at that time and there's not much going on in that area on a Wednesday night either.Parking: Parking was okay at about 6pm, the meters turn off at that time and there's not much going on in that area on a Wednesday night either.

This place I found by accident and was not disapointed. As a ramen fan, it was good enough to pop back too.

rhyder day

The service here was very slow even though we were one of only 4 groups seated. We were a slightly larger group (6) but our food still came out at a strange frequency. By the time the last person received their entrée, the first person was finished. I ordered a miso soup for an appetizer and got it after I ate my main meal. The Thai tea was good, but I had to ask 3 times for it to come out. The Curry bowl had great flavor, however the rice to chicken curry ratio was insane. The standard Tonkatsu was extremely fishy or shrimpy, and non of us could finish it. The black pepper ramen was good.Overall if you are craving some food and by yourself then I'm sure this place wouldn't be bad if you know what to get.

Very bad service. We were the only ones inside and still had to wave the staff down for her. TheWaitress “accidentally” put my boyfriends credit card in her wallet after we paid. Will NOT be returning here.

Perfect ramen every time. I often also just get a bunch of appetizers because they are so good! The service is friendly and fast. There is also the best neighborhood to walk around in.

Yamashii is a quiet ramen joint tucked away in North Hollywood. It was definitely on the pricey side (~$19 per bowl), and nothing to write home about. They did have a good selection of chicken ramen, which was nice. I enjoyed spicy chicken ramen (medium heat) and it was definitely pretty spicy! Servers were overall attentive but did forget to bring our box and check. No worries, we just paid up front.

Friend and I got the chicken ramen and the spicy chicken ramen, both were just fine. Also, got the crunch roll. It was fine. Overall, this is a solid three star place not bad, but not great. Also service was slow, but it might be because we were there between shifts. There seemed to be only one person working. This place is skippable, there's better places in the neighborhood

Yum. This place continues to leave a warm, lovely impression from its authentic homey ambiance, quality comfort food, and very friendly service. I'm really craving this spot and can't wait to go back. I'm definitely getting their piggy-faces dumplings since I'm feeling like a middle schooler. Please support this small business!PARKING:So difficult....street parking
