Was so excited to try this place and i am extremely disappointed. Ordered and paid for cheese fries and was given regular fries. Had to pay extra for cheese on the cheeseburger menu item bc there was no other option to select type of cheese without paying for it. Paid $22 for my order but receipt handed to me says $16. Horrible service, will never come back here. Disgusting to steal money from your customers.

This restaurant looks so old on the exterior and has remnants 60's diners atmosphere inside. At 9AM, there's a drive thru 4 cars deep, almost every booth taken and numerous customers ordering take out. It's order at the counter with semi-table service, but way better service than full service restaurants. Let's get to the Double Cheeseburger with Bacon Combo, I ordered. Made fresh, well portioned, juicy beef, crispy yet chewy bacon, flat lettuce, fresh onions and not drenched in sauce. No disrespect to a burger joist just down the "easy" street, but you got bested by a diner that doesn't specialize in burgers. The fries were semi-crisp and piping hot with steam bursting in each bite.

Worst toms I've been to by far!! The food was completely flavorless, the the portions were super small the fries were stale, the chili had some flavor but it want a good one and everything was very sloppy. Avoid this place if possible.

There were rocks in my burrito. Literally rocks. Not sure what there ingredients are but I didn't order rocks in my burrito. Last time I order from there. Thank God it didn't jack my teeth up. You guys suck
Not fancy at all, but the food is great, The price is very reasonable and the portions are extremely generous. The staff from the fancy over priced restaurants should take a lesson from the service you receive from Tom's staff. They are always very friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a quick bite for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Kudos to the staff.

I was loving this place til just now I went there for a Chili cheese fry and these guys gave me the hardest crunchiest over cooked french fries under their chili wow 5 to 10 minutes Is all it take to cook french fries that was lazy and very disgusting who knows how long these fries have been sitting there, I’m done!
