I ordered from this Wingstop and it was the worst-ever. I paid for 30+ wings and they came moist with no crunch and no seasoning and very rubbery we were highly disappointed. I will never order Wingstop again, and on top of that, they did not answer their phone so I could not speak to anyone.

I didn't receive over 1/3 of my order (10 wings, fries and dip). I called to see what WingStop can do to resolve this issue (I ordered delivery and paid for the fees + generous tip). They suggested I bring my food back to them for a refund. That was there literal suggestion. Cecilia suggested I bring my food back after I just had it delivered for a reason. I was shocked. I will never ever be returning. Cecilia had the audacity to say that her suggestion was something they got from training. She is a liar and a bad manager. Poor management is the reason for failed businesses. Cecilia did not do a good job whatsoever to mend the scenario. She lied over and over and I recorded the entire call catching all of her lies. WingStop you can contact me if you want the recordings.It's so sad. Because I absolutely love WingStop but this location has messed up my order numerous times and NEVER takes accountability. I had a 10 minute call with them and it led to nothing. They refunded me $20 of my $63 order. Total bogus. My entire dinner AND mood was ruined.

Requested delivery. Delivery went well except I was shorted 1 meal and 2 drinks. Called the store, was offered a partial refund or I could go pick up the meal myself or pay for delivery again. Not using this store again. Double check your orders! This is not good service.

I really like the texture, crispy outer and tender inner of how they prepare the wings...my favorite are the Korean bbq and the Louisiana style! Has a decent price point and are worth picking up rather than delivered...don't take my word for it grab you some!

This is a ghost kitchen do not come here, they dont take card :/ they also wouldn't give me a blue cheese because this is someone and allow me to put the extra charge on a gift card. In this economy it wouldnt kill to be nice

Great place to do a quick pickup, you have to contend with street parking but honestly I've visited here repeatedly and it wasn't a problem.
In my newsfeed today there was an article listing the top 10 wing places, and Wingstop was listed as #1. Having never tried Wingstop, tonight I ordered from DoorDash and I was not disappointed. I checked out the menu and opted for a traditional wing combo (Cajun rub and mango habanero) with veggie sticks, cheese sauce, and a drink. My wife went with boneless (lemon pepper) and fries with Cajun seasoning & cheese sauce. We ordered extra veggies and a side sauce of Cajun to dip them in. It took about 35 minutes to get our order, and when the delivery guy came he used a translator app to tell me that he had spilled our drinks. "Sorry" he told me. (Sorry doesn't get us anything to drink, my wife said.) Took the order inside and checked it out. First we tried the veggie sticks. They were fresh, chilled, and had a satisfying crunch. We both agreed they were better than what we get at other wing places (like the one named after a city in New York). Next we tried the cheese fries. Outstanding! Dipping cheese fries in cheese sauce is a wonderful experience. I had to use a fork because my fingers were a cheesy mess. Last we tried the wings. My wife said her lemon pepper boneless wings were great, and I really enjoyed the Cajun wings. I also had a few mango habanero wings - the sauce was a little sweet, but had a nice habanero kick. All-in-all a great dinner at a good price, with the only hiccup being the drink situation. We agreed that Wingstop will be in our permanent rotation when we're too tired to cook & want something delivered.

When I came to pick up my order the people in the front were talking about a new Wingstop favor. I asked them if I could try it out they said NO to place it online. So I asked them if I could switch my favor since my order still needed 5 minutes they said NO because the Wingstop employees Dont work like that. I called the store and ask for to speak to the manager. The short ( sorry didn't get her name ) Manager came outside and kindly said yes to switching my favor to the new Corolina Gold favor and how much she likes the favor too. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING AND LETTING ME KNOW ABOUT THE COROLINA GOLD !!!! I really liked that because it's a NEW favor. And the Favor was so GOOD My sandwich with the new favor was so good. Happy to come back. Just work with the rude lady in the front.

This isn't a true Wing Stop. This is just a tiny Doordash kitchen with only a pick-up window. They do orders for other franchises such as Chik-Fil-A too. I ordered here, food wasn't the same quality as you'd get at a proper location. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy too.
