I ordered through Uber and I didn't get the yogurt I wanted, when I called the place to complain the guy spoke very nicely and it made me relax a little and understand that mistakes happen.

This is a cute little spot and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I told my little there for the first time and it was fun and a success. He got the fresh strawberry froyo with m&m, white chocolate chips and caramel cups. I got the Madagascar vanilla bean mixed with the cheesecake froyo topped with m&M's, white chips and Reese candy bits. Everything was delicious and it was quite with the exceptions of a few other customers that were in and out. All in all first experience was great and very chill. Would recommend for anyone who wants some quick froyo on the go or even to sit inside for a moment, to go and enjoy. They also have outside seating too, but it was a bit windy today so we did not sit outside. Just a side note, that it is located inside a shopping center with other eateries surrounding and a Ralph's.

Worker was extremely rude, I am not sure if she meant to make us uncomfortable, but it was so bad that we weren't even comfortable enough to get toppings etc.. It was so bad, we've never experienced anything like this and it completely ruined our evening! I hope the owner sees this and thinks twice about their employees and the customer service skills! I know if we ever come back to LA we will NOT be back, we wanted to support a small businessI give 2 star because I can't deny it is good yogurtland. Ambiance is pretty nice as well overall. Seating outdoor & indoors available for customers.

Beware homeless people freely walking taking yogurt without paying. Staff don't care but don't realize there is a major sanitary issue.

My wife, kids and I decided to come here to grab some yogurt. We usually go to the one in Burbank on Victory Blvd. As we walked in seconds later a homeless man walked in and poured himself yogurt and left without paying. The staff said this happens often which I brought up my comment saying that it is a major sanitary concern. How do we know if the machines are properly cleaned if homeless people keep coming and taking yogurt freely without being clean.

No complaints! This is a solid Yogurtland location that is clean and has a ton of options for both fro-yo and toppings. The fro-yo flavors were diverse allowing everyone to enjoy what was offered, ie chocolate, peanut butter, cheesecake, mango, strawberry, vanilla, watermelon, hazelnut cafe, oreo, etc. I feel like anyone could find an option here.The staff is friendly and there's a huge parking lot.

I’m not sure what is going on with this location. Poor management? Lack of staff? Etc. On several trips there have been inoperable machines or unavailable flavors that are indicated on the app. We love Yogurtland but they are struggling with this location.

I love how late they'd Tay open. It's always clean or if it's not one if the employees is already on it l. They have fun flavors and toppings. The employees are really nice to! It's a good spot for a quick dessert trip!
