My wife and I love the food and service.We originally did Zone Healthy almost 4 years ago which helped me lose 60 pounds by eating healthy without the carbs and sugars. The food is fresh, not processed, not frozen. After a month, our bodies feel clean and we couldn't, wouldn't want to eat anything processed. We are currently doing it again, as I gained 25 pounds after 2 years of two total knee replacements and spinal fusion to repair some old sports injuries that finally caught up to me and my daily life. I happen to learn about ZH through friends. I saw the coolers at their house and asked about them. They told me it was a meal service and that they had lost a lot of weight. I asked them for details and they told me all about it. I tried it and have lost 15 pounds. I would say it's convenient, delicious, and somewhat expensive but after all the benefits, I would say it's priced right.

Week 3 of my meal plan with Zone Healthy and it's been great overall. Very convenient to customize your plan (including dietary restrictions) and setting up delivery days. I also like I can renew the plan online and block out certain days for delivery if I'm out of town. Surprised at how much weight I've lost already sticking to the plan. Pros: 1. Food is mostly good considering it's a delivery service. Favorites so far have been the breakfast items. 2. I was worried the amount of food wouldn't be enough but it's quite satisfying. 3. Diverse food options that I wouldn't have tried otherwise Cons: 1. Reheating instructions aren't that great but use common sense and you'll be fine. I found certain things to be better when using a toaster oven to reheat. 2. Delivery times are sporadic. Some times the food is delivered at 8PM and other times it's at 2AM. Not a big deal but sometimes I try to grab the food before heading to bed.

Zone Healthy is the best. I've tried a few of these so-called healthy customizable delivery services and this one is by far the best. The food is fresh and tasty, not bland, and not boring. They do a great job of keeping it interesting which is important to see results, and results I saw. I lost 15 lbs. within the first 5 weeks. I can't exercise because I have a bad back and this service was part of a lifestyle change for me and it’s been wonderful. I can't recommend the Zone Healthy enough. You can't go wrong.

Zone Healthy Rocks! Whoever makes these meals is a genius! They are absolutely delish........I am also excited to wake up on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday just to look and see what great surprise the chef cooked up for me. I just love it, no coupons, no shopping, no lugging grocery bags up 2 flights of stairs (sometimes multiple times) no cooking, and no cleanup....

Zone Healthy is the best local food delivery service in the greater Los Angeles area. I have tried the Healthy Nutritional Plan and the Low Carb Keto plan, and I was very satisfied with the quality of the food. I set my bar fairly high, but the best barometer of a good meal service is how they cook and serve their beef/steak. Zone Healthy always prepared great steak dishes, for both lunch and dinner. Vegetables were also "al dente" - another hurdle of mine.
