I haven't been to Cold Stone in probably 15 years. The chocolate ice cream this time tasted like it was flavored artificially, and the waffle cone bowl was stale. Also, I remember in the past they mixed fresh strawberries into the ice cream, but not anymore... This time they mixed in strawberries in some processed syrup. I won't be going to Cold Stone again.

Two stars because the price honestly this place is one star. I got the court which I normally buy at the Lake Balboa store and it's $4 more here. And then when they made the ice cream whatever is left over they didn't give me the extra like the Lake Balboa store does. So not only are they more expensive there don't give you the extra which is hardly anything but still I paid for the ice cream whatever they make I should get no? So they're expensive and cheap I don't recommend...read full review

I've cream is always delicious, but I went here wanting a milkshake, and they didn't have milk to make a milkshake. That was a bit annoying for a place that is a "creamery". The wait can be a long if you go at a peak time. My husband and I probably wouldn't have waited if we didn't have my niece & nephew with us. (They would have been too disappointed.) Staff seems friendly enough though.
