Food was mostly what I expected. Hashbrowns were super greasy so that was a bummer. Service was not the best. Trying to flag down the waitress was challenging even though there were only a few tables taken. All in all might opt for takeout in the future.

On the evening of January 23. I entered this location and was greeted by a pleasant woman with a friendly smile. I was seated by another pleasant smiling woman. When my meal arrived it was perfectly prepared, looked great and tasted the same. However, the star here was the crew working the shift. Not only was everyone friendly. The positivity they exuded was contagious. They should be commended for creating a positive work environment.

I have been to other locations. It seems here at this particular Northridge location (I frequent weekly) the service waitress is very pleasant. Her attitude is always uplifted. She smiles while serving people. She is always energized... She has a wonderful attitude all around. I bring my family and friends here knowing she will always take care of us.
