I have been to this establishment many times for my lunch break but this is the first time when I was eating my Waba Bowl that I found a bone shard inside. Furthermore I got medium size drink and the Starry soda did not taste like the soda brand at all not sure if there was an issue with the fountain drink. Very unsatisfied with these unexpected issues.
Had it not been for some good friends who got me down here I might still be a WaBa Grill virgin, and what a shame that would be! I must confess, I'm not a big pastrami person. I think it's delicious, sure, but I usually don't seek it out. But since this is supposed to be Ground Zero for pastrami in CA, I had to try it. Asked for green onion twice to assure I got them and still did not! And when it came to serving it was extremely small, and they were stingy with the waba sauce .. Although the quality was great!! Just wish I could have got it the way I asked !
