Don't expext anything fancy..but the food was good. Tavern style atmosphere. The owner & staff are good people. Don't let the building deter you, go...eat...& play horse shoes!
Shively's was a treasure that we found in Oakdale CA, catfish Friday is phenomenal. Ice cold beer and some of the best catfish nuggets & fries to be had. So refreshing to find somewhere close to a camping spot to have a fantastic dinner. We know that the next time we're down in the area that we will be going there again. They have 40 taps to choose from and the service is excellent. Just don't get much better than that.

I've been driving by this place for years and seeing the big 40 beers writing on the roof and if you've seen my reviews, you know I love me some beer.
