Look, it’s a literal hole in the wall (window service only) where the menu only has a handful of things. Don’t expect much for the atmosphere. But DAMN the butter croissant is one of the best things I’ve put in my mouth.
Good bolillos and croissants. Went on Christmas Eve and they were efficient. Best to bring cash when they have long lines on Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve. The bolillos were about 60 cents each.

This is the best banh mi bread around. My mother is a Vietnamese war refugee who landed in the Midwest during the late 1970's. For over 40 years, she had not tasted traditional banh mi bread.
