It was nice. Some interesting beers. My husband and son had a beer called interior that has flavors of maple syrup and chocolate. We ate in the garden because we had our little dog with us. The whole afternoon was extremely pleasant.

Great spot for beer and good food (sandwiches and burgers mainly). I've never had a problem with the food service, but when the bar gets packed (for example, on Trivia Night) it is usually just one bartender behind the bar to get people's drinks. Could be faster. Still, one of my favorite pubs in town.

What’s going on at Cato's? The menu has changed completely. I went over the weekend to get my usual, the Obama sandwich, and it is no longer on the menu nor are the freshly made potato chips. I asked what happened and they said it was taken off the menu. The new menu is not appealing at all so I left empty handed. I have lived in the neighborhood for many years and Cato’s is a place that I regularly go to for lunch and dinner but I’m afraid last weekend was the last time I’ll go to my favorite neighborhood bar.
