The food was good, they were only accepting cash at the time even though it's had on the window they accepted debit and major credit cards. Employee was kinda rude to a different customer.
I've lived around this spot for over a year and yesterday I finally decided to give it a try while I was doing laundry. An elderly Hispanic man runs it, he was very sweet, I ordered steak fries with only cheese, sour cream, and meat (it usually comes with nacho cheese, shredded cheese, sour cream, jalapeños, and pico de gallo) and my boyfriend ordered a plain double cheeseburger, the fries were so crispy and good, everything was very well seasoned. Situated in the middle of Oakland without anything exceptional but THE FOOD. They have the best burgers I've ever had (and I'm close to the definition of carnivore) the owner is friendly, simple, and really cares about the quality of the food he serves. The only real limit is the location and the fact that there's only one person handling everything by himself with almost no help at all making this place less popular than it should be.
