Clutch Oakland bakery. It's been a staple always having quality pastries and bread. The morning bun and ham and cheese are the best. The parfaits and Tarts are a great recommendation for those that have a sweet tooth.
What stands out to me is that they don’t rely on sugar and butter!! If you are concerned about sugary taste, greesy taste of bread, this would be the best place for you. Rustic french baguettes is so crusty, perfectly aery.This golden brown crust gives so aromatic and fantastic flavor! Their baking and fermentation skill of dough is exceptional!

Wow, I am blown away with the quality of the Fruit Tarts, muffins, pastries and cakes. I did get a loaf of spurt bread and could not believe how tasty it was. I can't wait to go back and get more of their bread. This ranks at the top of the best bakeries in the East Bay. I will post photos next time.
