February 23rd, Friday @ 12:30 - 14:00. I arrived early for an appointment in Oakland, California. It had been a long drive from Crescent City, California and I came across this wonderful Halal grocery, bakery and Cafe. My Taxi driver accompanied me that day & I wished to treat her to a nice meal. I found this amazing Mediterranean grocery store in Oakland and I love it! They have everything from tasty olive oil to fresh fruits and veggies. The people working there are super friendly and always ready to help with recipes or finding what you need. It's a great spot for anyone who enjoys Mediterranean food and wants to find all their favorite goodies in one place.

Oasis has the BEST Middle Eastern food in Oakland. All the workers at Oasis are very friendly. Amar who works the grill at Oasis is from Algeria and he is a very friendly guy. He sure makes a tasty wrap. My favorite is the Lamb Kabob wrap. I sometimes get a fish wrap when they are out of lamb and it also tastes great. They make delicious fresh hummus every day.
