I've been eating here for 34 years, and during that time, Los Comales has always been the place to go to for great Mexican food, at great prices, and served up with plenty of food. I love this place. Just had Breakfast Chiles Rellenos, and man they were good.
Introduced to it the first day we moved into the Diamond area by our friend Jerome. Who said then “These are the best burritos in the Bay Area. “ That was in 2003 and we’ve been going ever since. Even when we moved to Rockridge. Lines out the door. Costumers come from all over. Staff is friendly, prices are great. Just a wonderful place.

I have been eating here for over 7 years. This place makes the quintessential wet super burrito. The flavors are straight from Mexico and it just doesn't get better than this. Every ingredient is very high quality. The toasting on the tortilla is superior. The way the sauce and cheese melts on the top is so satisfying. Prices here are fair, and there's a self-service area for limes, cilantro, and salsa.
