I utilized the drive thru and ordered the 3 piece thigh and leg combo with rice and beans (and choice of chips, corn or flour tortillas). The order was put together quickly and the food was still warm after a 10-15 minute drive back to the house. The chicken pieces were moist, not being overdone, and tasty. Very clean inside and out. They even have flowers on the tables. The service was great, very nice and intelligent people working. A woman even came around the lobby to check on everyone and how their meals were. Super friendly. All the food was delicious and very fresh. My favorite El Pollo Loco throughout all of my travels!

Not everything was offered on Uber eats. The feast we always get wasn't on there. The one we ordered the salsa we chose mild. It had seeds and pieces of jalapeño all in it. Unfortunately kids couldn't handle it. It was spicy even for me. Salad missing avocado but it and chicken was yummy. Only one piece of 8 was over cooked. Not bad. We love pollo loco so we will try this location again.
