This is my very First Order with Noodles & Company. I was browsing their Menu Items on the Door Dash website at my home this afternoon after 4:00 p. m. Noodles are one of my favorite dishes. Every thing on their Menu looked really flavorful. Italian Food is what I was craving today. I ordered 1 x of the Spicy Penne Rosa and I have chosen the Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast Meat. We enjoy the food. However today's service was rude.They got our information wrong.We were not door dash,we selected pick up . They got our name wrong. When my husband went in to get things straightened out or reorder the gal was even ruder than she was on the phone. We got our food it was ready.Maybe there could be some customer courtesy training.

I've only come and done take out during the Covid period, but three times now and the food has been fresh and delicious every time. The staff is attentive and polite. App orders are ready quickly, usually far faster than the expected time given in the app (that's awesome). Also, I've always gotten the small noodle bowls because they are so filling.
