We've visited PCS multiple times in the past month alone because we appreciate the quality service (including table service), excellent happy hour, and some pretty great cocktails. In an era of counter service only and automated menus, PCS is a great throwback spot for beer, whiskey, food, and service. Stopped by here on a Saturday mid-afternoon (2:30-3:30) to check the place out. Wasn't very busy, perhaps around 30% of capacity at most.Was on my motorcycle so didn't drink that much, just sampled a bit of their bourbon.Ordered a half pound of brisket. Pretty tasty and moist. Other than the rabid barking chihuahua sitting next to us running its trap we loved this place. Drinks kicked ass. Food specifically the Brie appetizer and Cubano sandwich. The food was amazing. Service was off the charts. And once we moved to the bar the ambiance was nice. Singer was there for the night and not so loud that would drown out conversations. The rabid frothing at the mouth patron on the other hand could still be heard across the restaurant.
