great place to buy carnitas by the pound. you can order them how you like them (for me it's no buche). usually drive from pasadena to ontario just for this because i haven't found carnitas like these in my city.ordered tacos for the first time and they do not skimp on the meat! they just needed a little bit more salt for my taste this time but usually they are spot on.
