The service was great but... I ordered a special cinnamon pancakes. It look like someone smeared mud on top of them, no scoop no swirl as advertised. It was not pretty and it tasted disgusting.
I had an exceptional experience at IHOP, all thanks to the outstanding service provided by Camilla. Due to an unexpected emergency, I was significantly delayed in picking up my order, arriving several hours later than anticipated. Camilla's level of professionalism and customer service truly impressed me. She not only understood the situation but also went the extra mile to ensure that my order was fresh and delicious. I have been to this charming ihop few times and never had issues finding a seat. Food is exactly like it shown in the picture and burgers are great. If you are in the area you must visit.
