Tho there were bad reviews, I was craving KFC and decided to give it a try... I was truly impressed by the girl that took my order, very patient and professional considering she was multi tasking. My order was correct I didn't ask for condiments because she had gotten ahead and included all condiments without asking. Ordered a family meal about two weeks ago. The girl forgot to give me the bag with all the sides so when I realized that about an hour later after getting home, I had to drive back a couple of miles back to the store to complete the order. Also the chicken was very grease and not as tasty a other times past. We have always experienced good service and great tasting food at this location so we were very disappointed. I placed a mobile order, I went through the drive thru to pick up, there was no line. I was told that all online orders have to be picked up in the lobby which was fine but I just thought it was annoying since I've picked up my orders in the drive thru from other locations.
