I had a major issue with the mobile app ( one of the worst food apps I've ever used) - took 40 minutes to place an order. Got to store and they had not received the order even though I had been charged and points given.Michael, the manager took care of me.Excellent customer service.
After a long drive, I stopped by to get something for lunch. I told the attendant that I was going to place an order but bcuz of the long drive I needed to use the restroom first to what she responded " bathroom are not available for customers"... I was like "what????" And turned myself around. They lost a customer.
