Employees need to know empathy, don't act like they care about customers'satisfaction as well as that if you see someone struggling what to get instead of pushing them to get their food they should help them make a decision, but I guess it's because a lot of pressure or they just want to leave. I don't know I'm just making assumptions, but no good rating here for them.. ahh you deserve it ?? just think about your money is worth getting good help. Obviously!

Well, this is a new platform for voicing my El Pollo Loco experience.Leopoldo did a great job of taking care of business.Great tunes were glazing the air.
