Was fortunate enough to try Aling Lucing's Sisig version (supposedly the best) located in Pampanga, Philippines in 2022. I heard of Fil-Am located in Southern California serving Sisig tasting closest to Aling Lucing. Got there on a Saturday and found out better priced combo meals for Sisig was only served every Saturday. But I was on a mission. So I opted for the $25 larger positioning (good for potluck). Wow! Great Filipino skewers and excellent meats, delicious sinigang soup and pancit bihon! Very good quality for a small place in the Orange mall and quick service too. We visit at least a couple times a month to satisfy our Pinoy cravings & support local eatery business like this one.

This review is for the food only.I was there for lunch and I had the beef giniling with pancit. Omg , I was blown away by how good and flavorful everything was! I must also mention it was very affordable and they give you a lot of food. I just don't understand their schedule... Sometimes I go there in the middle of the day and they closed or their food is not out yet. I guess I was lucky today
