hate when they don't have the ability to serve lattes or cappuccino etc. Because their machine is down.And when it's down...It Is Down!it's down for a week or two at a time and they don't even post a FYI sign up anywhere..so now I call ahead before I head down there every Saturday.if they tell me they can't make the Because of their machine, that's when I call the one on Tustin near islands restaurant and they have only let me down once on the latte.The employees at the east Chapman...read full review
Had to use the self order kiosk didn't have a choice no one at a register. Food was brought out to me fresh and hot. Coffee was strong and bitter even though I used creamer. Yuk!

Only able to order through the kiosks, nobody at the counter. Get my lunch and the filet o fish looked like it was assembled from across the room like throwing playing cards. Everything was medium warm.
