Small place with a lot of heart! Was pulled in by their menu when I saw the wet burrito, but I ended up getting the enchilada plate. Definitely glad with my choice of red sauce and beef enchilada plate. Rice and beans were perfect. Great texture and flavor. Enchilada sauce was smooth with just a hint of heat and beef was great; a little soft, but also with slightly crunchy edges. I usually gauge a Mexican restaurant by its carne asada burrito, since that is a main meat that the culture usually cooks at get togethers. When you bite into the burrito, you get a whiff of freshly off -the-grill perfectly seasoned and well -picked meat that is tender, not too much connective tissue at all, with a non-overpowering ratio of rice-to-meat.
