This is one of my favorite places to get sushi, but I live 3000 miles away from it. I make sure to get it every single time I visit my Aunt in California - it's mandatory! Giant portions of quality fish, creative rolls, and wonderful friendly staff slinging complementary salad and soup with most meals. Sakuraya in Orange provided a delightful dining experience for my family of nine. Despite our spontaneous visit, the hostess quickly found us a table. The restaurant's atmosphere was pleasant, and we enjoyed appetizers like edamame before delving into flavorful signature rolls, including the dragon roll, spicy tuna roll, and Hawaiian California roll. The sushi, sashimi, specialty rolls and great appetizers are our favorites. The service is great. We usually do take out. It only takes about 30 minutes. I highly recommend sakuraya.
