This particular store is handling a large amount of customers in their driver through, I watched the staff work with customer care efficiency and kindness and was impressed. When dining in my app would not work, they were kind enough to serve us anyway...the staff is very efficient and kind...my delivery order was handled with care through delivery...every item was there including utensils. It's been several years since our last review of this McDonald's, and I'm sorry to say that little has changed. The food is standard McDonald's quality - not the best but not terrible either. The kitchen staff doesn't handle special orders very well - even the most simple change to a standard menu item will result in your car being asked to park. The service ranges from indifferent to confused, and employees usually seem more interested in chatting with their colleagues than interacting...read full review

The service is very hot and cold. I got food from this mcdonalds 2 nights in a row and had vastly different experiences.The first night, my food was perfect; I got extra ketchup for my first meal, everything was warm, my fries were full, and my oreo mcflurry was blended. The 2nd night left a lot to be desired; I got 3 large fries, and 2 of them were barely half full, 1 of the burgers I ordered with no onions and extra pickle neither of which was adhered to, I live about 5 to 10...read full review
