Placed an order on the app, got in store and they had no record of the order. Said I should cancel it and just order at the counter. The issue is that the store had already marked the order as in process per the app so I couldn't cancel. The siad just wait as it's slow some times, I've been waiting over and hour now and it feels like they are ignoring the fact I am still here. Been coming here for 20 years , best Five Layers in the county. ❤️ place is usually kept clean , can get busy during rush hours but never had a issue or complaint. Staff has been friendly and helpful.

Used the restroom got a water glass decided not to order anything like that since manager was and is demanding I buy something to eat. I really felt like he was being rude saying that I am fat or just chunky girl ? your mom is what she mentioned that she was ?
