Staff is awesome , brisket was little dry , not much of a smoke ring or taste either. You should not have to use BBQ sauce to eat brisket, it should basically melt in your mouth. The ribs were very tasty and meaty though. Unfortunately I'm comparing the brisket to Texas BBQ..

Big difference since the last time coming here about 2 years ago. First of all, the menu no longer offers meat combos + sides. Everything is a la carte or you have the option to order a sandwich "combo" that comes with a choice of one side (no drink). I remember the days when you could order a plate with any combo of 2 meats plus 2 sides and included cornbread. I ended up ordering the brisket and a side of rice and beans.
