The women’s bathroom (specifically the toilet) was disgusting. Had urine stains on the seat. The service was exceptionally slow. Other orders were being made ahead of mines even though there was practically no one in the store.
My expectations were low (it's fast food) but a friend said they like it (and they are picky). It was much better than I expected (I got a chicken sandwich and waffle fries). I would definitely go back and would like to try their burgers. The place was reasonably clean and the staff were friendly.

Why I rated 3 for service was because I ordered a damn milkshake and was told sorry we don't have that right now, and as I'm walking out the friggin female just handed this gentleman a nice FRESH and frosty milkshake, I couldn't believe my eyes, THE AUDACITY!
