Hi I was is this location 2 days ago and I was really impressed with the service . The. Cashier Fatima was super friendly and helpful . The food was great and fresh ! One of the best pollo locos in the area . I will definitely be back again
I had the 4 pc. Meal, no drink. The instant potatoes and gravy were ok, same for the coleslaw. first time having them here. Usually get rice n beans. The breast was so dry, like it had been setting in the heat since lunch. The condiment bar was empty.

Stopped here for my lunch break and needed a tortilla soup. I was feeling the sniffles creep up, but what I didn't expect was how fast I got my order and, more importantly, how delicious that soup was. The general manager assisted me, and he is the most friendly and quick serving. He told me that they reworked the recipe for the tortilla soup, and I gotta say, it is very close to my mom's homemade caldo de Pollo. Outstanding experience here and would definitely comeback again
