I love this place! The atmosphere has a typical diner vibe. I love the vibe. I don’t normally find diners have great food, but this place has AMAZING food and dessert! So the diner vibe with great food is such a gem.Cozy booths, loud atmosphere, busy dinner rush, dishes clanging into bus bins.
I've been going to the desert since about 1980 and never knew this place existed. Apparently, the original Sherman's is in Palm springs and has been there since 1963. It was packed when we got there. It feels like an old school deli. Huge sandwiches and everything we had was delicious and the service was very good with friendly wait staff. The pies they sell looked absolutely delicious.
