I had an amazing experience at El Mirasol Restaurant tonight. The pork chile verde burrito was genuinely one of the best burritos I have ever had. Get the pork chile verde!!! It is amazing. So flavorful and juicy. Huge portions. My mom enjoyed the mole dish she ordered which is described on the menu as a Guy Fieri recommendation. We also loved the guacamole. Great choice for Mexican, try their Shrimp with pumpkin seed sauce or the chili rellenos, you will not be disappointed.Went again this year a couple of times, still as good as always.
