How can sushi be so good in a desert?? I don’t know, but it is. My husband and I shared the sashimi platter and it was all so fresh and delicious. I did the omasake (sp?) cocktail, where you tell them the liquor you want and they surprise you. It was fabulous. Service was outstanding. We were seated on the patio in one of the crate (I’m making that sound terrible, but it’s cute). Although the food was excellent as usual, the service and ambience left a lot to be desired. Ginger and wasabi was never given. We asked twice. The starters order came right away and then the rest of the meal was served a few moments after. We had all the food all at once. There was a DJ on the open deck that was much too loud. Best American style sushi in PS. The food is all so good. We love the appetizers and the rolls. The service is really good. Outdoor dining preferred because the indoor dining is cramped and a bit too noisy for conversation.
