I have to give 5 stars because I love this Mex food of my youth SOO much! (Since 1970.) I had to drive 100 miles out of my way (twice) to eat here while in Riverside for biz this week.No one has same flavors as the Delgado recipes - the red enchilada sauce (+ onions), excellent rice & refried beans, thin & yummy chips & crunchy taco w/ that old familiar salsa - love it so much! Can't wait to be there again, the first time I was there was Easter Break, a group of girls from our high school and two chaperon mothers, don' t remember the motel/hotel name but it was walking distance to Las Casuelas that was recommended by the hotel staff. so I believe there were 8 of us...plus the 2 moms...and the best tacos we had ever had and all of us native Californians' know good tacos!
