Always a quick place to grab a bite to eat- that's fresh, cooked right in front of you, and delivered with friendliness. We love to stop in, and know what we're getting, for a quick meal.
I've been to this Rubio's location at least a dozen times since moving to Palmdale and it's always very consistent. There was one event where the meat on my nachos was over cooked but the chain rectified the meal by providing a gift card for future use. I love the fish tacos here! They are bigger than your average fish taco and they always taste fresh! They seem to be made to order because they are always perfectly crispy.
