I visited the Palo Alto location: Restaurant was clean, nice music. There was a bar in the back. Bathrooms were clean as smelled good. We werent very hungry but wanted to try the food out so we ordered 2 kids meals with the Smahlburger. Let me tell you that was a full size burger, seasoned perfectly and juicy. Fries were hot and fresh. Would definitely go again and try a salad or specialty burger.
Wahlburgers isn't even a restuarant of craving anymore, it's just an existing option within the downtown Palo Alto area as a potential, last resort option to save some money. The quality of the burger is different and the special sauce isn't exactly comparable to In N Out famously. Therefore, I would recommend other menu options like the all beef pearl hot dog or the grilled cheese sandwich. Have to give it to them. The food is good and the prices aren't too bad. We ordered extra just to try. Feista burger was off the hook good. The wife had teriyaki chicken straps. She loved them. The onion rings surprisingly were supper good the lite coating is flavorful and the red onions are sweet.
