Fig Sprout

Tasty is a gross understatement. I crave Fig Sprout when I go too long without it. I haven't had anything here I didn't like. Their chicken is delicious. Their sauces are amazing. The Curry Rice or Herb Rice plate are my usual go tos. Or just a 1/4 chicken dark with Ratatouille and Butter Squash. But it's all good. Honestly, one of the most simplistic meals that has blown me away. A friend recommended the chicken, and I don’t know how it’s cooked? Maybe baked, but either way it was soooo delicious. The dark meat option came with a leg and thigh, and the skin was super thin and crispy. The inside was juicy and flavorful. The two sides I got was the herb rice and ratatouille. We have passed by this place numerous times and it has never been open. Fortunately, we were able to catch them when they were open! Highlights: - Herb rice is similar to a Hainan chicken.
