Great food, service was slow compared to how crowded it was.Vegetarian options: The entire menu is vegetarian, it's called plant based bistroDietary restrictions: Clearly marked where items are soy free, nut free, or gluten free. Some items like pizza have gluten free crust options but are not as clearly marked.
An absolute gem! Ate here recently and was impressed. Usually a large menu is a warning sign of pre processed food or a lack of focus… not at Sage. One of the absolute best plant based restaurants I’ve ever been to. Sampled 3-4 items on the menu and I just wanted to try everything! If you’re in the area, you have to go!
