i was really wanting hash browns from jack in the box so i went to the one off santa rosa in atown and sat in their drivethru talking to myself before driving all the way to this one on creston and i’m so glad i did! I hope management sees this because the employee named Alex I was helped by this morning totally turned my morning around and also made me the best vanilla coffee i’ve gotten at a drivethru. I go to this Jack in the Box quite often and I have always been satisfied with my service and experience here. I sometimes eat inside but I mostly use the drive thru. I think the thing that helps is using the Jack in the Box app to help speed things along. The staff here is always friendly too. If there's an issue with my order, which rarely happens, they take care of it. I definitely recommend this location. It's a good spot.
