I've lived in Slo for 6 years and I'm upset I didn't find this winery sooner. Abby did a cheese and wine pairing for us and it's honestly the best pairing I've ever had. I'm collegiately trained in dairy evaluations at Cal Poly and she did beautifully. Le vigne should give this girl a raise. The cheese paired so extremely well with the wine that I bought way more than I set out to. Best kept secret in past Robles. How did I not know about Le Vigne until this past weekend? This was our last stop of a bachelorette party tasting tour and was my favorite! We were invited to add on the cheese tasting and what a fantastic idea that was. We were given pizza and dessert....oh wow to both! The room was comfortably cooled for the high outdoor temps (108!). We had such a great tasting. We had the wine and cheese pairing and it was all delicious. The cheeses are amazing and paired so well with the wonderful wines. They even gave us cannoli at the end. Our server, Abby was a delight. I can't wait to go back.
