I've eaten burgers from multiple 5 Guys locations and this one is honestly the best tasting burger I've had. The manager was very kind and even turned down the Air Conditioning when we pointed out (didn't ask) that it was cold in the store. I know too, they always add extra fries, but we were given far more than the normal for a large fry. We'll be back to this location for sure.
I like the food and burgers, they taste good and have so many tasty add ons. However, no joke, every single time I order they mess something up - missing bacon, or lettuce, or other toppings. I've even received extra burgers, which I'm not really complaining about but I bet someone else was missing theirs. On top of that, the staff doesn't care at all. Customer service sucks. Fries are super whatever and the ketchup situation is nonsense.

I hope everyone knows that you're supposed to eat the penuts given to you and traditionally discard them on the floor of the restaurant. But we're in California this has got to be the cleanest Five Guys I've ever seen. Not a single shell on the floor. And when i start to throw mine on the table, i get dirty looks.. some restaurants are best on the east coast.
