Horrible attitude. They have laughed at customers and made fun of them in their face. Unfortunately, this is a busy McDonald's because of their location. If they don't know customer service, they should get another job. Food is great, but come on!

The cashier was chating with a customer-friend while the sign fir breakfast was turned.off.but we has arrived on time. The friend insisted if they could serve us breakfast but the cashier charged us by the individual items and not the package which I insisted several times that it was cheaper.

Ordered a happy meal toy, 6 piece chicken mcnugget and they skipped out on 1 nugget. They offered for us to come back to give us a nugget. 14-15 min round trip for one nugget didn't seem worth it. They just need to be on it to count to 6.

I am a regular customer, and a bald manager with a nose ring gave me my order. I think his name was Paul. I had asked for extra sauces since it was a big order, and he gave me a nasty look and attitude. I have never had this problem before with any other managers. He seems to always be in a bad mood when I go. Horrible customer service. He should be fired.

there was this worker named paul he was bald (in case any other workers named paul) anyways i was with my friend and when we asked for extra sauce he just gave us a nasty look and ignored us. there had been multiple times where i run into this worker and he just always seems to be in a bad mood it would be nice to see a change in him to be more chipper and happy.like don't be anyone's for doing ur job when being asked nicely for more sauce.

Ordered a Big Mac at the drive thru....I didn't say anything about it being plain but I get home and its just meat and buns...not even cheese lol....and you all wonder why you are not worth more than minimum wage...its not rocket science...JFC ?

PLEASE BE AWARE this McDonald's I've noticed twice will charge you for items say they're not in stock like apple pies, ice cream or whatever for me it was the pies if you pay with card they take your card supposedly will refund you but check your bank they don't I brought this to the managers attention and she said it's possible but that's not her problem it's a corporate problem so please be aware of the scams they are pulling to probably pocket the money

The tables were dirty. The staff saw us waiting for assistance for like 10 minutes but no one bothered to ask if we needed help. To top it off, there was a homeless lady washing her clothes in the fountain station. I will never eat here again!!!

I came because I was excited for a hot latte. I hadn't been to McDonald's in a long time, for coffee, because I found another fast food place where lines weren't as long and coffee wasn't as expensive. When I found out out McDonald's has hot lattes, I was excited to try theirs. The other place does not have lattes. I waited in line, I paid, and to my sadness, the coffee was lukewarm, at best. During my drive, the coffee turned cold quickly, and it dampened my morning drive to work. I had also ordered a sausage and cheese muffin. That was pretty good.

I always get my food and drinks from this location but today I order a ice coffee and one of the employees had deleted my order from the screen so I had to wait more for my order to be ready while I was waiting. I noticed that the ice machine that is next to the cash registers have a black fit on the clear container that holds the ice and I work in a restaurant next to McDonald's. I know you're home mold looks like in a container that you have not clean that contains ice or water and that was mold and I asked the lady if that was small but she said oh no, that's coffee's no wonder that store only has like two stars but it's convenient for me to go to that restaurant, but you guys need to do something about it that's more that you could get somebody sick or some thing and I am requesting a refund for my coffee because I didn't even drink it. I had to throw it away like I don't know if you guys cenote clean the machine or not at the restaurant you should be cleaning it.
