The atmosphere here seems very lively lately. Looks like the staff all get along. Angel is the greatest drive-through clerk of all time. Honestly the entire drive-through experience was cool. They were very accommodating. Thank you.

This McDonald’s is TRASH JUST LIKE THERE MANAGEMENT!!!! They can’t get an order right for the life of them.A good team comes from good management, if the management is not good neither is the team.Get it together!!!

Drive thru and money and food was not the best but the manager was very good and made sure he took care of the situation. Too many young workers who haven't been taught and customer service. That McDonald's was better when they had older workers ( pre-senior and senior workers)Nothing personal about the young workers. Working with older workers might help them when it comes to customer service.

Well I got to say I was not too happy with this visit to McDonald's because I use some of my rewards points and got a free Big Mac and a small fries once I got to my destination to enjoy my Big Mac which was a 2nd job come to find out it was the most sloppiest made Big Mac ever and I thought to myself well that's kind of funny that I got a free Big Mac but a disaster of a Big Mac kind of felt like they didn't appreciate me using my rewards point s but I do believe we get reward points for visiting the store and actually spending money. So yeah I wasn't too happy on that day.

The employees at this location at night do not know how to use the McDonald's app. We got the 2 for 3.99 and also wanted to use a 40% off 10 piece chicken nugget deal on my phone. We gave the guy our code and then drove up to pay. We got an alert on the McDonald's app that said "we gotIt" referring to the code. Then the employee says we can't use the code so he called a manager. The manager has no idea what he was doing and had us tell him the code again by refreshing the page? Then when we gave him the new code and the app said "we got it" again... he said it didn't work cause we can't use it when we are already getting the 2 for 3.99 deal???? How is that possible if the code had already said it went thru 3 TIMES and the 2 for 3.99 deal is not an "app deal" since that's the price on the menu, not a deal/reward on the app. I use this same deal at other McDonald's locations and NEVER have issues. Then as soon we we pull up to get our food, the male employe forgets to give us our second bag of food. We tell him we have more to our order and ask for ranch. As we drive off, he tells another employee "he was so rude"... Us telling an employee we have more to our order and for a condiment is not "rude"... if he thinks THAT is rude, he is not emotionally equipped to work at a fast food restaurant.
