It just wasn't good, period. I ordered a 3 meet plate. A #1 (2 ribs, tri-tip, pulled port w/ beans & potato salad as sides). I figured I might as well review the food so I added a hot link. I was driving home and decided to get BBQ. I saw this place on the way home and thought I'd try it out. It had a clean, small shared parking area in the back. I honestly wasn't that much in review mode after a hard day, so I didn't really examine the inside. The furniture was a bit dated but it was clean. It looked like a family business, so I hope this review helps fellow Yelpers as well as the owner(s). Number one, please have your cooks wear gloves and remind them not to touch their faces with their bare hands and then handle food. I got home and started in. I opened the box and I wasn't excited. The first thing I saw was the "hot link." It was split, which I thought was odd but okay. But honestly, it looked like is was made out of dried, brittle play-do that was topped with that red chemical fire retardant called phos-chek. The texture was not appealing at all. It did NOT look like anything BBQ to me. No flavor, just heat. Two bites and done. Then I found the pulled pork. It looked like poor quality meat that was shredded beyond belief. It had the consistency of old, bad tuna, that had been sitting out for awhile. Yes, I tasted it. It felt like it had already been masticated. There was no meat to the meat. Two bites and done. The ribs. They tasted old and had that fridge smell. The middle wasn't as warm. Again, it tasted like low quality meat. It was very odd tasting. Not spoiled or anything. Just old and not good. I finished one because I was really trying to figure out what it tasted like. No clue, but not BBQ. The tri-tip also tasted old, you get the idea. It was the best, but that isn't saying anything good. The sides. The potato salad was ok. Not the way I like it but that's just a preference. Could have been better, fresher. The beans were horrible. They tasted like someone was heavy handed with the cumin. They didn't taste like anything resembling BBQ beans to me. It was old cumin tasting. The bread I ate, was good, I was hungry. I'm grateful that I was eating on my own tonight. That was a total waste of 20+ bucks. I really hope they can fix this.
I love there BBQ. Everything taste good. I recommend it to everyone.
This is my first review and I will try to be as clear as possible. First, I want to say 3 stars is NOT bad (that's like 60%). The pulled pork sandwich was great, not dry at all and was provided a regular and spicy sauce both of which were good. I also had Mac & Cheese also good, not amazing. The portion/ taste of the fries were very good! The place isn't fancy or anything but it was clean and tidy so that was reassuring. The workers were nice too and quick, and the price is very good. For that sandwich, mac and soda was only about $12. My friends got the fries which I ate. The ONLY reason it doesn't have 4 stars were because the cook came out of the restroom right after I ordered which kinda put me off because the restrooms are right in the same room as the dining area. It's a nice lil spot, overall I would recommend! Try it out.
On Sunday 05/23/21 at approx. 6:45pm, I stop at this small establishment to try something new. There was only a couple of people inside, almost empty. As I approached to the register area to order, I notice the female employee quickly went to the other female employee to the back area (kitchen) and made a specious statement. When the lady came, I finally order the Jumbo platter. She stated that they didn’t have enough pork for the order and she has to charge me a 3% for using my debit, with an attitude. So I walked out. They will never see me again. Her attitude is the worse customer service I have experienced. If people so far is having a bad day at home or at work, they shouldn’t be taking it out on customers. Now I know why it looks empty. I decide to go back to my regular bbq restaurant, Chris & Pitts.

I adore this place a lot. there is a happy ambiance. The meals are great. the service is powerful and the stuff is very professional. The cost is honest. greatly recommend.
At the moment you step in this restaurant they give you an excellent feeling. Very courteous hosts, it is a lovely restaurant to enjoy with friends or with your date. Great food, specialist chef de cuisine, modest price and nice service. Highly recommended.
I eat in this spot a lot since I work close by. I love how the customer service is always great and they keep the place neat constantly. Pricing is convenient and they serve sizeable portions.
Would certainly recommend trying this place. Awesome mood, fresh food, fantastic service. They never disappoint.
Reason for giving 3 starts is because the person taking orders is not friendly at all, she is kind of rushing to take your order and there was no people waiting, also her attitude is rude, not helpful at all. Food is really good.
Good service food was cool for 20 a person. I dont recommend the corn though, it was waxy so not fresh. Ribs were tender and chicken was done well. Same bbq sauce on everything and it was alright sauce. Honestly probably won't go back but I don't regret it. :)
Good food fair pricing and efficient staff.
