So we went with a party of 5 on a Wednesday morning it was a little wait but that wasnt a problem, mine was more the waitress didnt pay enough attention until it slowed down, for me I wouldnt worry about the small tables I would worry about the big tables, plus you have to ask for jelly she gave us one each. She must pay for it. Our family usally goes to the one on whittier Blvd. But tried this one. I guess we should go back to our old spot.

When me and my friend went to this place early in the morning, it was a older lady working there. She has great communication skills. She works hard. She works fast and she was by herself. She was the only waitress great! Kudos goes to her. Her hands were clean. Did not have bad breath. Did not have a bad attitude and was very kind and helpful with both of our orders.

I wanted to stop by for the $5.99 deals but realized it was Friday and it was only available Monday through Thursday. I ebbed up getting the 4 course meal deal. Ib ordered the fish and chips. Normally it is $13.99 but with the special its $12.99. The food was good and came out quickly. Only issue I had was waiting to be seated. Had a few workers walk by but didn't get me for awhile and seated me.
I like this Norms. it's not crowded and the atmosphere is good. It feels like a really awesome diner. Did I mention the food is fresh. Not bad not bad at all ?

Food always surprises me just how good it is compared to other similar restaurants. I always come in thinking eh, but leave very satisfied. Food is tasty and delicious. My only complaint is on how well or cooked I receive my steak if i order it medium. They never get it right. But still a good eat. They often check on you while you eat, which I love. It's good service. Atmosphere is ok, depending on what time you visit.

Although it's a popular chain, this particular Norms is my favorite!I really like the location, the parking really works well with the amount of business that comes to this location.The service is great! Some people overlook this, but the employees are in sync! This makes a huge impact on business. Not to mention customer service, from the moment you're greeted to time you check out, you are welcomed in this location.A huge plus that I appreciate from this location that I have yet to experience at other Norms locations, the food is always HOT and tables are always CLEAN.
