Pizza taste as if was made out of the frozen pizza they sell at Walmart. When picking up my order i entered the establishment saying “hello good afternoon” no reply from the cashier. She seemed upset, so I just proceeded to give her my name. All she did was print out my receipt handed to me, I said “Thank you” but no response from her. Staff here needs proper training on how to treat there customers in a polite manner. If they don’t want to be there they shouldn’t even be there. First and last time I ever order from Pizza Hut. Never again, I’m glad there’s other options of pizza out there.

Rude managers and workers refusing to hear the problem they make, didn't care that my chicken was hard, didn't care if I was unsatisfied, just was rude and unwilling to work with me or fix the issue. To think I tipped 5 dollars for this horrible chicken. Never ever ordering here again save your money and go elsewhere

Prices are fair product is nice size but Pizza has no flavor very dull over all the years you think Pizza Hut would finally have the taste down but they seem to just want to keep getting cheaper and cheaper and get rid of taste and flavor for more profit it's a shame that the pizzas went downhill so bad but the chicken garlic wings were delicious pizza garlic bread was delicious need to take Pizza out the word pizzahunt now

Called to make changes to my order was put on hold Twice! For more than 20 min each time! Horrible customer service !!!!!

The pizza and breadsticks are so delicious. My order was quick and easy. Employees polite, courteous, and very professional.
They just don't care plain and simple! I do carry out and use points to get wings. Pick up my order and go home. It's my fault that I didn't double-check my order before I left. I get home and realize I didn't get my wings. I called and told them I didn't get my wings. The woman who answered the phone said, "Hold on... Yeah, they are right here." I asked to have them delivered, and they said no. I asked to get my points back, and they said no. I told her, "If I go get them, I'm getting them for free." She muttered something and repeated what I had just said, and she said "ok" and hung up. I get there and ask for me wings, they give them to me and that's it. I tell the woman, "Remember, I told you if I come in, I'm getting them for free." She walks to the back and comes back with "Joe". I told him they wouldn't deliver or give me a refund. The first thing out of his mouth is, "You're already getting them for free." So I say, "That's it?" All I get from Joe is a blank stare, and I'm not exaggerating, 20 seconds of silence. "So you're not even going to apologize?" Again, blank stare and silence. I asked for his name and walked out. I get people make mistakes but at least own the mistake. This is the second time this has happened here. This is the last time I order from here again. AND LOOK AT THE WINGS I GET!!!!

I went there before and its not a good pizzahut they sometimes even try to charge extra for pizza when its not the original price for it, but it looks like they hired a wannabe gang member and his attitude was rude and I also saw him being rude to his coworkers, also he told me to wait outside in the car and he will bring the pizza too me and I was fine with that cause less work for me, but after waiting around 5-10 minutes I saw that annoying wannabe gang member leaving and driving away. That was lazy and rude behavior and lack of workmanship! If I see him again intense confrontation will happen and I will escalate it to make it violate! Maybe this whole give these dumb criminals a second chance thing in California isn't working and maybe companies shouldn't hire them! They are in dumb gangs for a reason! They are ghetto, and shouldn't be working with good people.

I appreciate the great service at this Pizza Hut. I enjoy the cheese pizza here. I wish they offer the packets of pepper and parmesan but you have to pay for them now.
