Arrived at noon. They were mot open. Was told the waitress had not arrived. Finally opened after 20 minutes.Went inside and they were playing music which had a Lot of profanity.The N word, the F word ....Not an atmosphere I wanted to enjoy my lunch in. So I simply left without ordering. Won't be back.

Always order to go. These idiots never pick up their phone though. Always have to order in person. Food is good. Never have gotten sick. Prices are good. They give a lot of food. Service is below par. Don't want to dine in based on other reviews. Just get to go so you don't have to tip. If I ever tip those fools it would be like a quarter.

I honestly prefer this over boiling crab. The sauce is more flavorful, thicker and the fries are delicious.

Came here to have some lunch. There was only one other family seated when we arrived. The girl was by herself but not very kind. We were seated about 10 min later. We were seated for a while. She kept walking by and didn't even say that she would be right with us. Didn't offer to take our drink order. She was helping others including another party that was seated. I then raied my hand to get her attention and let her know that we were ready to order. Her response was rude and unprofessional. She said that she was one person and that we needed to.be patient with her. Keep in mind, I was only letting her know we were ready to order. My response to her was that we were being patient and she continued to go on a rant about how she was on her own and then said that she was planning on helping us next. We got up and left because she would stop. She kept going and said sarcastically "are you going to order?" I asked for a manager and she said he wasn't there. Not very nice. Normally our servers are very nice. Bad day today. We ended up going to another place about 10 min away.

I visited this place on Monday Oct 16th. We had shrimp, fries & rice. My 2 kids and myself were up all night sick from our stomachs. I called in on Tues Oct17th to speak to manager "Steve" and I was told he would be in after 6pm. I then called @ 6:30 and was told that he wasn't there at the moment so I asked when he would be there the employee who answered than chuckled and said "she didn't know" than she said he wouldn't be there today & he kind of just shows up whenever. So a manager just shows up whenever umm ok. So I guess Mr. Steve wants me to show up in person and request this refund for his no good food in front of his customers.

Not the greatest but edible. Same like all of these other seafood boil joints. The bread not the greatest, the fish from the fish n chips seemed like frozen fish sticks and the oil it was cooked in seemed old. Service was lagging but what seemed like the manager or owner who was Asian was very nice.
Customer service is so good here. Food is amazing but the service is great. I went 30min before closing and they were hella polite even tho I know late customers are annoying they kept their composure the entire time.i was expecting someone being rude but they were nice lol

I’m sorry to say I spent $93 on 5 pounds of shrimp that were dirty disgusting what a waste. That place has use to be good when they first open now I don’t know what’s going on. It’s gross and disgusting never eat there again I was shocked.

Unfortunately this Star Crab location was not as good compared to the Star Crab in Centinela that I've had before. The flavors we just not as strong and the seafood was just not fresh. I sadly would not come back to this place just because it's not the same when it came to the quality and flavors of the food.
